Ferry Quaywall to be developed on Male’ North Harbor

Ministry of Housing and Environment has signed agreement yesterday with Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) for the development of Male’ Ferry Quaywall on North harbor of Male’.

Minister of State for Housing and Environment, Mohamed Shareef, PhD, signed the agreement on behalf of MHE and Mr. Mohamed Zameel, Chief Operations Officer signed the agreement on behalf of MTCC.

Under this project a new concrete quaywall of 86 m will be constructed and an additional land are of 670 sqm will be reclaimed.

The project is awarded to MTCC for a contract sum of MRF7,496,390.00 and is scheduled for completion within 150 days.
