Man found dead in resort

A tourist was found dead in Meedhupparu Island Resort in Raa Atoll. A resort staff made the discovery of the dead body in the lagoon on Friday.

Police reported that the man was a 61 year old of British nationality who came to the resort with his family on August 14. Police added that the man died while snorkeling.

Police also said that there are no signs of foul play.
