Yaameen lodges a case for his lost constitutional and human right

Azima Shakoor, Abdulla Yaameen’s lawyer has said that Yaameen has lodged a case against the government for his lost constitutional and human rights.
Azima also said that MNDF has detained him for no reason and the case is lodged under article 43 of the constitution.
The case also quotes several of the provisions in the constitution including articles 41, 19, 21, 26, 30, 37, 45 and 46.
Azima also said that Yaamee wishes a court ruling asking MNDF to present him to parliamentary sessions and to declare that the detention of Abdulla Yaameen by MNDF is unconstitutional.
