President to participates in the closing ceremony of MNDF Annual Drill Competition

President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Mohamed Nasheed has this evening perticipated in the closing ceremony of 11th Annual Drill Competition of the Maldives National Defence Force.
He was greeted on arrival at Jumhooree Maidhan by Minister of Defence and National Security Ameen Faisal, Chief of Defence Force Major General Moosa Ali Jaleel and Vice Chief of Defence Force Brigadier General Farhath Shaheer.
President Nasheed awarded the trophy, certificates and the medals to Marine Corps, who won the first place in this year’s competition.
