Dear Mr. Yamin,
Your half-brother and former president Maumoon was awarded GCMG (Grand Cross of Saint Michael and Saint George) for his service to the Christian faith and to improve the Christian Missionary work in the Maldives.
You, yourself is one of the most corrupt persons in the whole Maldives. Any sane person, Muslim or otherwise would be better than you as a person. Because they do not embazzel in millions of dollars of Government money.
After pocketing money as Trade Minister, Higher Education Minister, Tourism Minister and money from Stelco, FPID and you name it — all the places you could think of.
You have financed drug loads and gangsters of the Maldives to garner support for your political career, it tell a whole different story.
You must be ashamed to talk about Islam because you and your family are far from it. Your half-brother rejects Islamic teachings and stopped Islam teachers from telling truth about Islam and teaching true Islam.
Your thug-style temper tells it all. You are a cunning person with an animalistic perception towards human beings. I even doubt if you follow Islam. You may just be following your half-brother’s cult – a faction of Christianity.
Oh YES Yamin is very religious. I am sure he wont be able to recire Al Hamdu soorath. you can test him. I live close to his house. I have never seen him in a mosque.
when people are deperate for power and money they might say anything.
HI, HON.YAAMEEN,
WHILE SPEAKING THAT PRESENT GOVERNMENT IS NOT RELIGIOUS,HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS IN SPEECH LIKE THAT?? NOW AND HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT, (Yaameen also said that this government is very much linked to corruption cases.) AND NOT EXPERIENCED. WHAT HAPPENED WHILE YOU WERE AT FORMER GOVERNMENT AND ON FRIDAYS MORNING I HAD SEEN YOU GOING TO PICNICS WITH ALL YR FRIENDS AND RELATIONS TO AARAH.WHATS THIS ABOUT RELIGIOUS. STILL YOU ALL ARE SOUR GRAPES. NOW THERE IS MORE FREEDOM IN ISLAMS THAN BEFORE,FRIDAY SUMMON PARYERS CAN SAY ANYTHING THAT PERMITS IN RELIGION BEFORE ALWAYS HAVE TO SAY WHAT PRESIDENT WRITES AND SENTS TO IMAAM,SEE THE DIFFERENCE.TRY TO DO SOMETHING TO THE NATION AND FOR THE LOVE OF PEOPLE AND NOT BY PULLING LEGS OF OTHERS AND COMPLAINING ALWAYS.YOU ALL HAD MAJORITY AT PARLIAMENT AND SO FAR WHAT HAVE YOU DONE AT PARLIAMENT.TRY TO BE A DECENT GENTLEMAN. I KNEW YOU VERY WELL SO DO NOT TRY TO POINT FINGERS TO OTHERS.TRY TO CORRECT YOURSELF FIRST IF YOU WANT TO RULE THE COUNTRY AND YOU WILL NEVER BE ELECTED IF YOU ACT LIKE THIS.SEE SRI LANKAN PRESIDENT AND OPPOSITION CANDIDATES TALK TOGETHER AND TRY TO BRING THE NATION AT A HIGHER STANDARD AND WIPE OUT THE POOR AND RAISE MORE EDUCATION,HEALTH ETC. TRY TO LEARN POLICTICS FROM THEM….
Dear Yaameen,
First correct yourself, then tell on others. I hope you will never be the president of Maldives. I hope every Maldivian prays for it!
I remember times when the previous government did not allow CDs or books related to Islam and even the Holy Quran to be brought to the Maldives. I faced this myself when my things were confiscated to be checked for censor and I never got them back, but movies and other things were allowed. Is this how you people followed religion? Watching rated movies seemed fine, but anything related to religion was “extremism”, even if you had brought a translation. Thats how the previous government treated muslims! What a shame. Cutting off beards of people who preach Islam, accusing/arresting/torturing them, falsely charging them, confiscating their schools and vehicles (e.g. in ADDU), making life miserable for some people!
I’m sure if your time comes there would be plenty of corruption and new drug lords for your business just so that you can build up your empire(of money, USD, whichever you call it, GOLD!). You would probably run the country worse than Maumoon’s time. We will lose everything we already have!
I hope you pray and change, before you even consider being a candidate!
Say no to Yaameen!
Aameen on that.
