Clemency Board Regulation and Judges Code of Conduct published in the Gazette

Clemency Board Regulation and the Judges Code of Conduct have been published in the Government Gazette.
The Clemency Board Regulation, issued by the Attorney General’s Office under Act no. 2/2010 includes the principles for the appointment and dismissal of Clemency Board members, procedures for holding meetings as well as processes for decision making by the board.
Judges Code of Conduct was complied by the Judicial Service Commission in accordance with the responsibilities and powers stated in Article 159 (c) of the Constitution and Article 21 (c) of Act no. 10/2008 on (Judicial Service Commission Act).
