Police conducts Empowerment to Service Excellence Programme

The completion of the 2 day programme, Empowerment to Service Excellence for the Automobile Unit of Maldives Police Services was marked in a ceremony giving out certificates to the 23 participants.
In a ceremony held this morning at the Maldives Institute of Vocational Education and Training, the certificates were given out by the Chief Guest, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mohamed Sodiq.
At the completion ceremony, Inspector Sodiq talked about the importance of such a programme to empower the Police in providing excellent service to the public. He stated that the service that the Police provide the public is a professional service which is carefully examined and assessed by the public at all times. Inspector Sodiq highlighted on how the working philosophy of today’s Police is more proactive; thus, he then thanked Centre for Career and Technical Education for organizing the programme to empower the Police of the Automobile Unit towards excellent service.
