The bill was proposed by MP for Fares-Mathoda, Ibrahim Muththalibu. During the yesterdays sitting the MPs who spoke on the regulation stated that although the motive behind the draft is good, some provisions of the draft is not very clear and some provisions of the regulation is contradictory to Islamic principles and therefore Majlis should reject the bill.
