VP visits Haa Dhaal atoll

As part of his tour to Haa Dhaal Atolls, Vice President Dr Mohamed Waheed has, yesterday morning, participated in the Eid celebrations in Haa Dhaal Kulhudhuffushi. He arrived in the island Friday afternoon.

Yesterday morning, the Vice President visited houses in Kulhudhuffushi and exchanged the Eid greetings with people. In addition, he visited Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital and sought information on the situation of swine flu and its readiness to address the issue.

Furthermore, Vice President Dr Waheed, yesterday morning, visited Nolhivaramfaru and exchanged the greetings of Eid with the people. He also observed the work of houses being built in the newly populated areas on the island.

After concluding his visit to Nolhivaramfaru, the Vice President returned to Kulhudhuffushi and attended the Eid celebrations in the island.

Yesterday afternoon, Vice President Dr Waheed visited Nolhivaram and exchanged the greetings of the Eid with the people. He also laid the foundation stone of administration building of Huvaas Club, a community development organization in the island.
