STO holds talks with government over hiked food price

Aguheyo3State Trading Organization (STO) has begun talks with concerned government to seek permanent and sustainable solutions to the problem of increasing food price.

Shahid Ali, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of STO, said that the company was very concerned about fluctuation of price of certain food items.

Shahid said that sustainable solutions to control price of food can be implemented when such a system is established in the country. In this regard, STO is holding talks with Ministry of Economic Development.

Shahid added that shops to sells products to people at a cheaper price in accordance with corporative policy can be established only with the advice of the government.
