President concludes his visit to Addu and Fuvahmulah

President Mohamed Nasheed has returned Male’ this afternoon after concluding his visit to Addu Atoll and Fuvahmulah.
In his visit, the President participated in 117th Anniversary celebrations of Maldives national Defence Force held in Hithadhoo of Addu Atoll and inaugurated MNDF Southern Area.
During the visit to Addu Atoll, President Nasheed also participated in the ceremony to announce the Addu Atoll Development Projects and visited Hulhudhoomeedhoo and met with the people.
In his visit to Fuvahmulah, the President addressed the function held to announce the Fuvahmulah Development Projects and shared the Government’s plans for the development of the atoll.
