Eye Care conducts eye camp - Eye Care Opticals has conducted an eye-camp in Baa Atoll. The eye-camp was conducted from 3rd to 10th of this month. The company says that during the period of the camp 400 people in different islands of the atoll were screened free of charge. The camp was conducted in collaboration with local NGOs, says Eye Care Opticals.

Visual art exhibition held – NCA School of the Arts held a visual art exhibition from 8th to 11th of this month. Four schools: Thaajuddeen School, Dharumavantha School, Ameer Ahmed School and NCA School of the Arts, participated in the exhibition. Two hundred exhibits from six categories were displayed in the exhibition. NCA says that approximately 500 people visited the exhibition.

Food safety inspection goes on – The Maldives Food and Drug Authority is reportedly visiting Haa Alif Atoll. The authority under the program is screening food producers and sellers, pharmacies and fishing vessels. The authority also shared information on food safety in the atoll.
